Tia has been in the accounting field since 2012. She graduated from Rogers State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting. Tia began her accounting career working for Samson Resources, a private oil and natural gas company based out of Tulsa, OK. From there, she went on to work for a public accounting firm in Claremore, OK, focusing primarily on the compilation, and management of financial statements and projections.

In 2016, Tia took the Comptroller position at Mercy Regional EMS. At Mercy, her duties include overseeing daily accounting operations as well as providing financial forecast and budget for planning. In addition to her financial role, Tia oversees Mercy’s human resources department.
