In July, members of our leadership team attended the Pinnacle EMS Leadership Conference in Phoenix, Arizona.
This event is a five-day conference where participants attend informative seminars, learn advanced business practices and connect with other EMS leaders, all while enjoying the beauty of the desert. Several of our team members were able to attend this event, and left as more inspired leaders with ideas and tools to implement into Mercy Regional EMS.
Our team’s time at the conference was nothing short of impactful and we are thankful for opportunities to advance our expertise in the EMS field.
