Kimberly Hall is a paramedic who has proudly served with Mercy Regional EMS for nearly four years. Based out of Mercy’s Vinita location, Kim says her favorite part of the job is the people she serves alongside every day.
“My Vinita family,” she said, “is my favorite part of working at Mercy.”
One of Kim’s strengths as a paramedic is her ability to remain collected under pressure. In fact, she says the more intense the situation, the calmer she becomes — a steady presence her team and patients can count on when it matters most.
A piece of advice Kim carries with her on every call is simple and direct: “If you have thought about it twice, you should already be doing it.” The mindset reflects her decisive approach in the field, where preparation and action go hand-in-hand.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys pouring her energy into creative outlets. Her hobbies range from making home decor to photography, cooking, and baking — a mix that keeps her balanced and inspired when she’s off shift.
