The Glenpool Emergency Medical Services District has selected Mercy Regional EMS as the districts new ambulance provider. The new contract is scheduled to start on April 22, 2016 contingent on the City’s ambulance building being available to Mercy Regional for use. Mercy Regional is excited about this opportunity to serve the GEMS District and is gearing up to provide excellent emergency medical services to the citizens of Glenpool. Mercy Regional EMS currently provides 911 EMS service to the City of Cleveland, OK and the eastern half of Pawnee County, all of Craig County and the Cleora EMS District in Delaware County in Oklahoma. Mercy Regional is most known for our Tulsa metro operations for transfer service to the area hospitals and nursing homes. Each day Mercy Regional deploys up to eight ambulances from our Owasso and Broken Arrow stations to provide excellent customer service to our patients, nursing home staff and hospital staff for emergency and non-emergency transfers.
